ILOA is an interglobal enterprise incorporated in Hawaii as a 501(c)(3) non-profit in 2007 to help realize the multifunctional ILO for long-term astronomy, science and exploration at the Moon South Pole, and to participate in human lunar base build-out – with Aloha.
